Easy Simple SEO ("we", "us", "our") is a web design service operating in Montréal, Québec, Canada. We are responsible for the personal information we collect from our clients.

2 What we collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services:

  • Active client records — kept for the duration of the agreement
  • Invoices and financial records — kept 7 years (CRA requirement)
  • Signed agreements — kept 5 years after the contract ends
  • General correspondence — kept 2 years after the client relationship ends

After these periods, your information is securely deleted or anonymized.

6 Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information:

  • Client files stored in password-protected accounts
  • Payments processed via Square (PCI-compliant) — we never store card numbers
  • Access to your data limited to what is strictly necessary
7 Your rights (Law 25 & PIPEDA)

As a client, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — Request a copy of your personal information
  • Right of rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)

We respond to all privacy requests within 30 days, as required under Quebec Law 25.
8 Cookies & tracking

Websites we build may use basic technical cookies (e.g. contact forms). We do not install advertising or analytics trackers without explicit agreement.

This page itself does not use any cookies or tracking tools.

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify active clients by email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
